Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please contact us prior to returning any item to receive return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us must be sent in the original packaging. Items sent back without first notifying us will not be accepted.
As we constantly try to improve our products and based on availability, we will at times seek different sources for materials. Should you experience any unusual or untimely failure of any element of a design (excessive tarnishing, breaking or cracking) please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and endeavor to come to a satisfactory mutual solution.

Exchanges
We will only issue store credit on items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt as most items are one of a kind designs (see Damages and issues above).
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, or personalized fit). However, we will endeavor to work with you to achieve your satisfaction. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at delphiadreano@gmail.com.
